Ok guys, I will try to be helpful here, so, we found this in Molotov map, a Speed symbol and a number: 7,7059 I tought that the speed symbol has something to do with it, I checked the top speed of all hulls and resulted that 7,7059 is the Top Speed of the hull Dictator, I went to the wiki, trying to get some info from here: http://en.tankiwiki.com/Dictator If you click this a new tab will be opened, this picture below If you take a closer look to the picture above You can notice this ВАСП is a Russian word that means Wasp in English, so I guess the answer is WASP, what do you think guys? Hope that this helped a little bit.
