after i log into tanki and click a battle i want to play in it loads and then my whole screen turns grey and it says "Plug in Failure" i can't join battles at all i have a macbook air and use safari

I was playing in a long battle for 4 hours and I was kicked for "FOUL PLAY' and I was doing nothing wrong the battle fund was 17,000 when it happened and I was in 2nd place I think I should get some crystals because this is not the first time this happened to me in a long battle
