Where did you get that from?I (and almost everyone i know) have been drinking milk since childhood, 2 glass a day, so with your theory we must be like extremely obesed, which is certainly not the case. Just drink milk and do regular excercise and you're good to go! EDIT: just read the article... it's just ba**s. Nothing more than a click bait.
