If you took a screenshot of the whole scoreboard, before the browser crashed you'll be able to get the crystals back. How? Send an E-mail to help@tankionline.com, show them the screenshot of the scoreboard, and demand that you want the crystals that you should've gotten. That's the only way to get the crystals back, as far as I know.

Alright, so here're some possible reasons to why this happens to your friend: 1.He's using an unofficial client, and it records the password, as Contradiciton said. 2.He logged into another PC, and forgot to logout.

As Devourer said, follow the instructions, and you should get the Crystals you were supposed to get.

You can restore your account, easily. You can: 1.Press the "Forgot password button". If your account is linked to a vaild E-mail, you'll be able to reset it. 2.If your account isn't linked to a valid E-mail, you can always contact help@tankionline.com.

Here's what you can do: 1.Use the /vote command, and wait for a Moderator to come. They won't always come, or it might take 1 hour or so, not really sure. 2.Always record a video of him/her sabotaging. Then, report him/her in the forums. Hope this helped you!

Here's a list of options that you could do: 1.Make sure you got the password right, uppercase, and lowercase. Check if you got the letters right, most of the time that happens to me, then realize I'm pressing the wrong buttons. 2.If you made sure that you got it right, press the "Forgot password" button. Type the E-Mail that's linked to your account, reset your password. 3.If there's no valid E-Mail linked to it, your only hope would be help@tankionline.com. (If they didn't respond in 2 months, re-send it)

The only thing that I can think off is: 1.Your PC has lots of useless programms, and you need to clean it up. 2.Your PC is EXTREMLY old, and it can't run the game. So, try to clean up ALL of the programms you don't use, after doing that check if your PC runs faster. If it doesn't, I guess you'll have to buy a new one, with better hardware.

Never open random links, then put your password in them. You might see the website's name the same, but he added an extra letter Example: Original website name: Example.com The name of the website that he sent you (Which looks EXACTLY the same as Example.com): Exxample.com Never open links from strangers!

Well, that kinda makes sense. It's easy for me, but harder for others. But, I don't see that mission really fun. Just running around and collecting boxes to get it done. But, yeah. Players that are low on skills need this mission.

I really like Daily Missions, the concept is nice. But, what I don't like is the Supplies collecting mission, I know that ALOT of players loves it. But, why do they love it? Because it's super easy. For me, I don't like easy stuff. I want a challenge, collecting Supplies is too simple, and easy. Removing it, would be nice. Or, since it's super easy. Make the chance of it appearing lower. Because, all what I'm getting is the "Collect Supplies" mission, which is pretty annoying. And, thanks for reading. Please share your opinion about this idea! ^_^

Well, you've a browser hijacker virus. There're two ways to remove it. The first one is, by removing it manually, which is PRETTY hard for the novice computer users, and I don't really recommend doing it. The other way, is by employing a spyware, which removes and prevents the browser hijacker virus from coming back. (you usually get this from downloading stuff from unknown sources)
