Well i understand that they have work, but I'm scared that I'll lose my crystals and supplies (that I allready lost 50%)

Well i do not certainly won't for my acc to be blocked! I played so much on it and spend real money on it (it's big number i don't want to talk about it)! And it is happening now some one is playing on it!

I changed my password many many times, but still someone is entering and technical support is taking ages to respond!
