Not the first time this happened. It's nothing out of the ordinary. Some months are more active, some are not... This one just happened to be less eventful.

So players spent days upon days upgrading their paints, but you suggest that after this update they get all the crystals handed back to them and the MU progress basically reset to the beginning? Something is telling me that you'd get a lot of hate if you were a developer. :lol:

If I'm not mistaken, the only reason Premium paint had protections is so that it wouldn't be completely useless in battles. If right now it wouldn't have the 15% from all turrets, then Premium users would have no reason to use the paint in 95% of the battles (the 5% is format battles which don't allow protection). So if paints no longer need to have protections to be useful, then it's likely that the paint will completely lose all protection and will become a symbol of status - a unique cosmetic item that is available to paying users and makes them stand out among others. That was the initial purpose of that paint.

Probably. I don't know for sure. Also, just because this idea has a [planned] tag, it doesn't mean that it will definitely be added soon. The plans to add this age from years ago and in that time it's likely that developers changed their mind.

Back on the topic. DageLV, what did you not understand about the bit where we said "this kit was available to everyone"? Read my previous posts - I told you that absolutely anyone could buy this OP equipment when it was available, mods and normal players. And if you keep saying it wasn't a kit - it was. It's not listed only because it wasn't official and was quickly removed, so they decided to omit it from the archive. These items weren't given to StopXAM for being a mod. End of story. And if you don't believe what we tell you, that's your problem. ^ exactly

That's a whole different story. This idea is about whether mods receive OP equipment for being mods, which they don't.

Well, the fact that newbies wouldn't even know why that one tank is so powerful does not mean that having OP tanks for certain players in battles is OK. I'm guessing that after the kits were purchased, removing them from garages would be too difficult so developers decided to leave it, since the OP kits would only last for a couple months max., as the players would quickly rank up and get to the ranks where the M1 equipment is no longer overpowered. I agree that it should have been removed as soon as the bug was discovered, but manually removing the kit items from garages of potentially thousands of players would be a total waste of time.

Where did they say they gave THE KIT to him? They only mentioned the phrase "additional stuff", which in no way implies kits. And if you think that all mods here are lying because tanki devs are telling us to keep their secrets, then why do you trust the tech support so much? After all, they are even closer to the developers than we are. Huh?

If according to you everyone here is lying, why even bother posting things and participating in discussions if the community is full of such disgraceful liars such as ourselves? :D

Because tech support is for solving technical issues with the game, not answering questions, which could otherwise be easily answered by mods/admins if you asked them instead of wasting tech support's time.

Really. Nothing in that email says that the M1 hornet+rail was not a kit. The kit probably isn't listed in archives because it was removed very soon after the availability bug was discovered

If you're just going to make random assumptions about established facts, just to create something for yourself to complain about, then I don't even see the point in arguing for you. Hi, Mafioso here from an different account. My main is having some accessibility issues for the moment. I don't remember that kit being available for sale, but I assume it's an old Hornet M1 + Railgun M1 kit from a few years ago. Don't ask me for details as I don't know them. As said by others above, the reply you got implied that the "additional stuff" that mods get is mostly moderation tools, such as ability to give punishments, view karma, use spectator mode, see battles with same I.P.s, etc. There are no such things as M4 and M5 items and even if there are, moderators do not get them. That kit was available to every player for a short time - beginners, mods, anyone. I'm sure you will find other players who bought that kit at such a low rank and had it, but simply because you only found that kit on a mod's account, for some reason you now accuse all mods of having OP items. For the last time - that player did NOT get the OP equipment because they are a mod.

Not necessarily. Often when you have bad internet you can't pick up drop boxes, including golds. Happened to me once :(
