I need 34,000 xp lol but i don't see anything wrong with the whole conception.

So in the awakeing of the discounts, I don't have a high enough rank to get m2 railgun :@. So why can't we sort of pre pay for a weapon and when you reach that rank then the weapon is 'unlocked' for you to use? I hope this is put in tomorrow so i can buy railgun :)!!!
