Alright, I played 3 sandbox matches, and I almost puke. I could barely walk after that, and it took me around an hour to get back to normal. Is this the purpose for this update?

Guys you cannot say the new freezing effect is bad, because in the past the frost is really slowing your tank so much that is ridicules. In my opinion, the current freezing effect lasts too long, it feels like you cannot turn your turret at all in 20 seconds. Also, isida turns out so bad after this balance. You cannot heal your teammates when they are a bit down the ramp, while you are at the top. It feels like you need to "face" your teammates and in a flat surface so that you can "make proper contact" with the other tanks, very pointless to use isida.
