1000 in an ultra... really? Quietly slipped that in!

400 container update (since the changes): 1000 cry, still running 1 in every 2 containers opened. Batteries are simply non-existent. Out of interest, I've opened nearly 100 ultras since the changes and have received 0 batteries in them. The 4 turret augments I got were; Epic - Adrenaline for Tesla Legendary - Jammer for Freeze, Shock Lightning for Tesla, AP for Magnum.

100 containers further on (250 since the changes) I never intended to ever buy the Hyperion Drone but I got it. Batteries < 1%. That's a shocker right there.

My rewards from 150 new containers, earned from play. They've really been diluted, haven't they. The worst single container you get is for ranking. When you open it, you get 1000 crystals. It's a slap in the face. If you're wondering what the Hull augment and Turret Augment I got, they were AP for Hopper and Jammer for Freeze. No doubt I'll see them as rewards in challenges soon.

Of course they are, didn't you read my post? You're cherry picking. The only player who benefits directly from a viking overdrive is the player that activated it. The only player who benefits directly from a hornet overdrive is the player that activated it. The only player who benefits directly from a mammoth overdrive is the player that activated it. The only player who benefits directly from a wasp overdrive is the player that activated it. ... etc but Dictator and Titan can share the effects of their overdrives but Dictator can choose not to but somehow it gets the 25 points deal whereas the titan player gets nothing. Why is this? Don't pretend you don't understand this. Why should any hull get preferential treatment simply for pressing shift? Maybe Viking should get a bonus 25 pts for everyone it destroys when its overdrive is active then. Maybe Wasp should get a bonus 25 pts for everyone it destroys with its bomb. Maybe Hunter should get a bonus 25 pts for every tank it freezes or flag it returns. Maybe Mammoth should get a bonus 25 pts for every tank it destroys while its overdrive is active. ... etc Why not? I'm taking 6 months off this game now. I left this game last year mainly for health reasons after a major operation and I only returned because friends started playing again. Nothing changes in this game except the greed and trasparancy of developers actions. I'll update the druggers and efficiency posts for as long as I can tolerate. Bye all.

Then you haven't listened to a word I said. Why then don't we give 25pts for everyone that a titan's dome protects? They hardly get anything from their overdrive whereas dictator gets new health, full drugs, slows the enemy like freeze does and drops a mine not to mention has the bonus ability to share that if it feels like. The point is, if this was truly about sharing, tanki would have offered the same to Titan. Just because Dictator is unique in that sense, it shouldn't give it the right to earn points too. That's what drones are for. This additional bonus effect of shairng should be enough for it's popularity to increase but if not, let tanki give the thing a buff instead because that's what we're used to seeing when income is down on one thing or another. Dictator gets far more than Titan does and they're both sharing overdrives. Every other hull seems to get something personal in return. I've been telling everyone that cares to listen, every game mode has been TDM for a long time now and that's the reason I have been playing TDM mostly but since Dictator gets 25pts for pressing shift (you know what I mean), I've seen them ignoring flag captures just so they can share their overdrive with as many players as possible. Once that star is shown above their tank, they're not interested in sharing with 1 player or even no players, they want the points from as many players as possible for sure, even if it means losing the battle. Don't tell me this isn't what's happening because I've witnessed it on many occassions.

1pt is too much in my honest opinion. No other hull gets points for using their overdrive so why should Dictator? They have the ability to share if they so wish just as a player can choose or not to use their overdrive at any given point. If they want extra points then use mechanic, engineer, supplier etc. It's their choice. And no, not replace, add to. I'm not saying take the current effects from Dicator, rather give it additional features instead. Encouragement for sharing should not come by way of free extra score points. Why not just give Dictator one more effect instead of points? Even then I'm opposed to that. It already has everything it needs. Why not just improve its stats in the garage if it's just a matter of popularity, ie, better top speed, hp etc Right now, many Dictator players are ignoring the game mode they are in and are just focusing on sharing their o/d just for the points which have no experience attached. In CP, Siege or ASL, players can make 125pts or more just for pressing shift. Some players don't get this all battle. 5, 10 or 15 pts would still be too much.

Further to this, the rise in popularity now with dictator has now spoiled the Supplier Drone. With dictators running around, ignoring the game mode, doing their best to share their overdrive, Supplier drones have little time in which they can be used because their drugs are activated half the time which stops the drone from being used. Supplier is now defunct and game mechanics are broken. I see @theFiringHand logging in all the time but at no time has their been any response regarding any of the concerns raised. Is there any wonder some of us become so cynical. 500 stars in to this challenge, I'm done.

I wouldn't give a hull anything - no other hulls get special status. The reason they'll state is for giving it extra points is to encourage the player using it to share its effects with others. If they want players to use it more then they should give the overdrive some additional feature, eg, drop more mines for the player who presses shift or give it 3 seconds of God Mode. Additional features worked for Hunter's popularity so why this for Dicator? Tanki do this type of thing every year and that's why I'm so sceptical about their motives. It's really put me off playing.

Of course there is. As players we can speak up. As mods we can use the channels available to relay player concerns. As CM's we can reassure players. So please, with the greatest respect, stop with irrelevant replies. I'm not asking you anything and you should realise by now I don't value anything you have to say. My post was that started this had an @ in it. You forget I hold mounds of data. I could name and shame players but won't in this forum, players who have just pressed 1 and shift for hours on end. Please tell me where your data is? I'm not guessing like you. I'm stating fact and I have the data to prove it. I have the videos to prove it too. Battles are not currently being played in the spirit in which they are meant to be played atm and that too is fact. I've had enough now of this useless back and forth with you. Bye. Of course I do know this. Everyone knows this. I'm hoping they'll say something like, 'our motives and intensions were good but unfortunately a little short-sighted. - we'll fix it and we're on it right away' But I don't need from excusers is, 'i'm crushing it with dictator right now so it's wonderful and great' While it is easy to accrue a neat little crystal balance with dictator atm, those than benefit from it and stay silent knowing that an imbalance exists are not doing the game any favours. Those of us who speak up in the face of a certain backlash from some are the ones that should be thanked.

The 25pts for dictator overdrive was release as part of a variety of updates in patch update #584. There is nothing about it being described as a limited Christmas gift opportunity in these posts. (Christmas being a Christian religious event). I've taken part in an asl battle on defense and it was utter madness. This from 6 other dictators too. Are you seriously trying to tell me developers had this in mind when they decided to give 25pts to dictator? Limited or not, it's broken ASL and it's setting the cat amongst the pigeons in certain quarters of this game. I can't stand these biased grovelling excuses. Balance needs to be fixed asap but it can't be fixed if heads are buried in the sand, denying their is a mistake in the first place.
