I wonna change the nickname in my account. help@tankionline.com asks me 9 questions to change the nickname, and they think that my acc is stolen thats why they ask these questions to believe that this acc is mine. But some questions are stupid, for example what was first email adrees after registration, it was 3 years ago, how me to know what was that? or when you pus real money in the game, but i forget when was these times.. thats why i wonna change nickname without these questions.. what can I do?
