Thanks Ralph :rolleyes:, and I do understand that MOD's can be Swamped, and that there are several Good MOD's who go out of their way not JUST swing the almighty "Ban Hammer", but they actually go out of their way to "HELP" by gathering requested info for others, answering questions, ect. and from now on you can believe I will be making a point of reporting chat violators on the forum, I haven't in the past because I see it happen so much, (and with certain people involved). I don't get on here and rant or rave usually at all, but I have seen and had so much unfairness go on, it has kinda been building up lol, and this subject just seemed to be the perfect opportunity to vent. lol But thanks again Ralph ;) I appreciate your suggestion. and as always... ~YOU ROCK~ \m/ :ph34r:\m/

MrTactics, I couldn't agree with you more, Yes I am one of the few "OLDER players" I am 44 years old, and I love playing this game, and enjoy spending time with all of my friends here on tankionline. I am no longer able to travel as a professional musician as I have for the past 20 years since being diagnosed with heart disease. So, while awaiting a heart transplant, about a year ago I started playing TANKI, and was hooked the first time I played, So now Everyday I spend 80% of my days and nights playing TANKI, and the ONLY negative experience that I have had on TANKI is due to the current system. With All Due Respect to The Tankionline administration, I feel that when you have NON-ADULTS "policing others" it will never work as a "Fair and Just System", allow me share a couple of my "Personal Experiences" with this "System"... ~ I have entered into a chat before and NOT EVEN TYPED 1 single word (I have witnesses) and gotten "flood warning" and then I type "why?" and guess what... yep "5 minute ban for flooding". This HAS happened to me a few times, and it can be verified by others who seen it themselves, Now tell me just "what is that about?" perhaps a MOD with personal issues abusing their power? (and by NO MEANS am I implying this to "ALL MODS" because there are a couple of decent MODS that do the very best that they can within the system they are allowed to operate in, and KUDOS to them) ~ also I was also in a RIO ctf match, there were 1 player on the other team vs.me and someone else, The player on my team was apparently trying to sabotage me by blocking me in pushing me over the edge (obviously friends with the other player)...anyway, So I reported him via /vote: name, within 1 minute I was Banned for 24 hours for making a "false report", once again, What is THAT all about? This is just a couple of issues that I as well as a few of my friends (and I KNOW that I speak for SEVERAL OTHER TANKI PLAYERS who remain silent) have had to "deal with", I never try to "plead my case", I just accept it and go on hoping to avoid it happening in the future, but that is kind of a difficult thing to do when all of this has been out of my control to begin with. Now dont get me wrong, Im no angel by no means, there has been maybe 2 maybe 3 times AT THE MOST that I have gotten upset at the actions of chat trollers and may have used a choice word or two, and probably insulted them as well, I do apologize for making a bad decision at the time, but in my defense you will find that it was when I first started playing the game and really didnt understand "the system" (im not saying that excuses it, Im just being honest and accountable) other than that EVERYONE has "one of those days" every once in a while, I dont care how old or young or who you are things "happen" to all of us. Anyway I feel making new harsher rules to a system that is BIASED makes no sense, Once the "BAN HAMMER" has swung, there is no "Timely Dispute System" and most of the time The MOD's word is superior against yours. The current VERY HARSH system is NOT FAIR to everyone (some more than others) and by making it even Harsher is NOT an improvement. I do however feel that there are SEVERAL of "other options" to improve the current system, but that is Just my humble Opinion. Thanks for your time, and again, With All Due Respect James

Raphael, I have seen almost all of your vidz, I dont usually comment on them, but I do subscribe and always "like". But being that I have found your page here, I figured I would go ahead and comment on my opinion of You and Your Vidz.. Anyway Raphael your videos are simply awesome, and your talent for making them is just incredible. and YOU are such a nice person. From my "XP (lol) in "Life" I have learned that, life takes us all down different paths, at different times in our lives. I want you to know this 1 thing, if one day Tanki becomes nothing more to you than fond memories of your youth, no matter were it is that your path may lead you. I think the general consensus here is that you cannot give 1 account per IP., Think of all of the "network servers" @ wifi hot spots, Businesses, My wife and I have 1 Desktop pc and 2 Laptops, that way we both have access to a computer even if the other is on, and most of the time we are on the internet at the same time, PLUS my neighbors "piggyback" off of our wireless connection (I don't mind). so u see the whole "1 account per ip" is a huge "FAIL!" just sayin

Man, I "met" a really cool guy Named "JETZS" He was stationed in Afghanistan but his wife and children and home was in the Philippines (<did I spell that right?) anyway, He was on here even more than I and that is A LOT! every day and Night for over a month he and I would partner up for hours, The last time we spoke he mentioned going home to see his family for vacation, but he said it wouldn't be for another month, But The MASSIVE Typhoon devastated the islands 2 to 3 days later and I haven't seen him on here at all since them, Im really really praying very hard for the safety of him and his family, its weird talking to someone every day and night for so long and never actually "physically" meeting them but yet we are still able to get so close as if we have known each other forever. I don't know, just putting that out there, if anyone does happen to see "JETZS" online playing let me know and tell him his buddy Jamie "The Old Man" (lol) is looking for him...until then my thoughts and prayers are with him and his family......may GOD keep them well...
