Before, the losing team didn't get anything at all. Thanks to the new update, Tanki increased the percentage of fund that the losing team gets. The losing team in your video got some crystals because they captured around 1/6th of the flags captured by your team. If they captured 0, they would have earned less crystals

Game Violators are checking most of the battles and punishing players who sabotage. You can use the /vote command to notify a game violator.

Buy hornet m1 because you play CTF most of the time. Isida and Emerald.

it depends. If you like to camp in maps like rio and stadium then go for shaft. If you like to capture flags and get involved in the fight then go for smoky. M2 Ricochet. Buy weapons first then hulls :)
