At first I thought Vulcan seemed overpowered, however the charge up time and difficulty of use at close range seems to make this a well balanced turret.

I'm in a similar position, and have decided I'll be going for Prodigi as soon as I rank up. The Thunder protection is effective, and I think the Railgun protection will also be worthwhile in the long term.

Railgun with Dictator used to be a lot more common, but it's a relatively rare combo now. If you feel weak with Hornet, I'd recommend trying your Railgun with Viking - this seems to work well for me.

Not bad, but I've seen better photoshop efforts.

I'm pretty sure many of us know about F11, however it's still handy nonetheless.

Chrome - fast, easy to use, and a nice range of extensions/apps in the store.

I don't have a case on my 4S, and have owned it for a year and half - I suppose I'm careful. Also, I'm surprised that you pointed out ease of use; I mean, I'd agree that Android has a higher level of customization than iOS, however I'm pretty sure everybody agrees that iOS is super easy to use.
