It would be interesting to keep a list of players who held helper positions which once existed but no longer exist. For example, the Consultants once managed a totally different branch of work. They would sit in server chats and help players who needed help. Additionally, they'd issue warnings and short bans to help do damage control on the chat. They were a pretty big team for some years, probably comparable in size to the Forum Moderators. In my career of working for Tanki, my very first job was working as this original-form Consultant. My Admins were @Yele and @Issho_Fujitora. The renowned found his beginning as a Consultant. I think such a list would be cool to have and valuable for posterity's sake.

Mostly referring to turrets with medium to long range, their value outweighs the importance of hulls by several magnitudes. I think hulls can be cool and fun to toy around with, but we need to inspect this as pragmatists. I would much rather see a sale on turrets rather than on hulls. Please let's have more sales on turrets!

I loved this article, and it was quite well written - something which I am grateful to say remains a norm with the TO Newspaper. If only articles like these could reach more people, and for those people they reach, that the fortunate players may take a moment of their time to pursue any one of these valuable works. At any rate, thanks for the high quality of work you display in your article, and that I continue to find throughout the Newspaper. Keep it up. :)

UPDATED — “Welcome Tanki” Locations and Details Announced

I think I speak on behalf of all Americans and many more when I say... Ugh. -
Okay, so this is my first ever video. I quickly learned I need a new video editor (which I have since acquired and begun to toy with), and I have also become pretty good with the recording software. Anyway, without further adieu, here's the video. Please leave a like, and if you're interested in seeing more subscribe.

Had a lucky day after the new paint separation update and caught two Gold Boxes! :D

Well in fairness Zeus is just as useless as an XT... so...

This update is literally the most satisfying thing ever. Now I don't have to sacrifice good looks for good protection, allowing me to attach some mean protections to some limited edition paints. And beyond that, maybe I want to blend in, so I could use that ever handy Forest with like Prodigi protections. :D

Does it bother anyone else that not all five of "The Game" puzzle pieces can ever properly fit together? Like four of them would fit perfectly, but that fifth one remains the odd one out... maybe just another mystery to be solved...

This update was a nice touch to the user interface element of Tanki Online. I like how this new garage resembles the open, comfy feel of the garage in Tanki X.

Please, it's panning out quite nicely right now. After some server stability issues are sorted out, and the lags disappear, this game will become way more accessible to players, and from there it is bound to take off. It incorporates the primary game mechanics of Tanki Online, but brings the game to a whole new level with impressively advanced graphics. In the area of graphics and beyond, so many new things will at the very least be possible, simply because of the development platform switch from Flash to Unity. While the Tanki Online developers were pioneers in Flash technology development, and even award winning, TO was simply being outpaced by platforms like Unity which were specifically designed for 3D games. Furthermore, Unity previously wasn't a common program found on computers, so it was logical to pursue Flash since that's what most people already had, making the game quite accessible (see, the first step is making sure the game can easily reach the target audience). Though nowadays Unity is a common program on computers, so the developers finally took the leap for it. Now it's simply a matter of waiting for the little issues and bugs to be whittled out, and honestly, the Unity development team is moving at an impressive rate. I'm excited for what the future holds here, and I think it's at least as bright as my snazzy pics.^^

Another beautiful day of sunshine and destruction as the development progress of Tanki X advances. ;)

Cedric, I've seen a few people lightly poke at the topic, but there's no point beating around it anymore. The community wants to see you play us another song! You've struck fame with the first piece you played for us when it was Tanki's birthday, but the crowd is demanding more. If this weren't the internet, you'd be receiving a standing ovation. So what do ya say sir? Will we be hearing another fine piece from you? (Also, brownie points are assigned if you include the bloopers. Haha, because that was pretty funny last time.)

Perhaps not, but at the very least I think some recognition is due beyond this topic. Will recognition be given some place on the Wiki?
