Ok... First of all, you can uninstall files in both disks. Second of all, if you compressed the whole C:/ section, you compressed your whole OS. Third of all, compressing means putting files in .rar file, and rar files decreases the size of any folder/file.

Your PC is pretty old, this might be why it happens. Or maybe RAM/CPU has low clock speeds. (try overclocking CPU/RAM) Damn_Slow is true, as i heard, Gameboosters only closes running apps automaticaly. It is like automatic transmission, and you can close programs/apps manually.
