Been waiting all year for this sale...can't wait to get my hands on M3 Titan and Vulcan...

I have looked up what UTC stands for (Universal Time Coordinated) and I have a question about what time the sale window will begin. Moscow is 8 hours ahead of where I live, But all that Semyon mentioned was it will start at 4PM UTC and finish at 8PM, which leaves the question; what time zone in the UTC division is he talking about? Moscow time seems to make the most sense. Any one got some input? This should be made more clear I think.

Semyon, when you say "UTC", are you talking about the Moscow or the London time zone? I am clearly over thinking this.

Here is my question: there are 12 time zones in Russia and Tanki said "UTC". I may just be over thinking this but which of the 12 do they mean? The Moscow Time zone? If so I will be looking at the time frame from 8am through 12Pm

I realize that Tanki does not have the exact date of which your account was created, but if they were to do this smart so that no one rips off the system, they would pose a question before releasing the update. The question they would need to ask is at what date (or relatively if it is not easy to remember) was the account created keep their intentions of releasing the gifts into the game. The faculty of Tanki could then release the purpose of the poll and would effectively have the update added to any active account. If someone was to re-enter the game after going dormant and did not access the account until after the update, the poll would automatically show up and then as for everyone else, explain what the poll was for and have their own personal birthday set up.

I had the idea during Tanki's birthday last May, to have some sort of reward for being a tank member year after year. As it stands we get many rewards due to the generosity of Tanki's faculty. But we get nothing for being loyal and dedicated members year after year. I would like to know if my idea is valid and if people would support me and maybe have the Tanki faculty add it to the game.

I would like to mention Asus is a terrible piece of technology; so far as security and hard drive performance in my experience. I voted HP because the laptops I have access to and use frequently outside of home are increadibly fast and have a huge download and upload capacity. The Asus that I have (I have to resort to my tablet) is not functioning properly. It has either developed a hard drive issue or a flash player malfunction since the last update of Adobe. For the last two weeks I have not been able to log into Tanki, to game, for youtube or download and upload any data. The computer's hard drive has crashed in the past and would not surprise me one bit if it has again.I strongly disagree with anyone who votes Asus. Mills, I hope you can help find a good Apple or HP in my price range as we discussed. I really am tired and can't wait to get my new computer and battle you soon. It will be like old times :-)

You and about 40% of the other voters want it. But the other 60% have it already!

Why does Tanki continue to do this? Every time we do a vote on all weapons or tanks, the obvious favorite wins every time (such as hornet in this discount). So why doesn't Tanki have a vote on 3 hulls or 3 turrets so that this process doesn't always repeat itself? It is not benefiting the majority like most people say. If you tally the votes from all other choices, there are more people who want something that they don't already have. Tanki is generous in allowing there to be discounts, but if they want it to serve a more meaningful purpose to the game, make it relevant to what people don't already have.
