First don't use caps lock :) Now someone, a hacker might have logged in and attempted to do a hack in your account. Goto yyour email and write a letter to help@tankionline.com and explain your problem. They only can unblock you. But if they find that this was done by your IP address the account won't be unblocked, if they find that another IP address has logged in you have a chance of getting back your account. Now go and email helps tankionline.com. Unfortunately none in the forum can unblock your account :)

Oh, after you sent your email and if you didn't get a reply means they are working on it. Be patient and you will receive a email from them about your account. Don't email again, which makes this process to be more slower. They have a huge work load so they take more time. :)
