Get Vandal kit, gets you twins m3 and an m3 module that you can use in tandem with titan and wreck polygon games

This may sound silly, but get isida and viking m0. This gives you lots of experience and crystals early on and still can gain exp up to the rank of about major. If you save wisely you can get an m2 kit before that and completely skip the m1 ranks. Just stick to healing your team and maps like noise and esplanade. Hope this helps :)

It is, most often, worth it to micro-upgrade turrets between modifications with a high rank difference. With a decent economical sense you can get the next mod's stats much before it's even unlocked. This probably works best on: (Contents are ordered from least to greatest) M0->M1: Hunter Twins Thunder Railgun M1->M2: Titan Smoky Wasp Firebird M2->M3: Dictator Mammoth Ricochet Hunter Firebird

I'm fine with getting paints with kits, but some kits don't fit the ranks properly (Ex. Predator, [if all the player wants is the Jaguar paint, he can get it for a huge discount along with some gear too]).

I like the changing seasons and weather idea, but would it have to track your location, or would it just be the weather over Tanki headquarters or the server room? Because if it's daytime for one person and night for the other, the one in daylight would have a visibility advantage.

The smoky-wasp combination is good for capture the flag battles but your biggest enemy is the twins.

FYI thunder is NOT useless.
