I have the exact same computer as you, though I do not have lags like that. Are you sure anything is not running in the background that could be slowing down your computer? To check this, press this combination of keys on your keyboard. CTRL ALT DELETE at the same time and select Task Manager You can see all running processes and you can end ones that are hogging your CPU and RAM. Good luck.
