You get this message after you try to "buy" from a country different from the country you are currently logged on in. To solve this, you need to call the company in charge of your card and release the restriction. Restriction applied is to prevent your card from being used in most online transactions.

I did. If you decide to not buy any supplies, would it be smart to join a battle with supplies on then? What I responded to your quote was for the general public. If you decide not to buy drugs, don't join a battle that has them on and complain about it being unfair.

You choose not to buy supplies. Then choose to join battles where supplies are off and stop complaining :)

When both teams use supplies, it boils down back to skill. It's just the non-drugging players who keep complaining that this update has come.

Supplies gave unfair advantage in battle? Why? Because you didn't have supplies? Then don't join. Your equipment is the same as everyone else's, it's what you choose to do on sales that differ. All the above can be solved joining no-supply battles (w/ pro pass), the previous update to "calm down on the supplies"

The reason for this update is because people who are acting stupid join battles where supplies are on when they have no supplies. There is really no other reason for this update because the only ones who can complain are these "non-druggers."

Why experiment ? The supplies are not doing the wrong, it's the players. Instead of doing this kind of update, make a battle filter where players with NO SUPPLIES can't join a battle where supplies are on!!!

Why do you keep ruining supplies? You've already made a pro battle option.... IF YOU DON'T HAVE SUPPLIES, DON'T JOIN !!!!!!! There are plenty of no-supply battles these days, stop complaining and start thinking. Complaining about supplies is nonsense with the pro battle updates..

24 hours is a bit long to rejoin a clan but it is reasonable to prevent clan hoppers... What I would like to be fixed is where if you get kicked by a Supreme-Commander or Commander, you don't need to wait 24 hours to rejoin a clan because some people do this to have "fun." The CD could be reduced to 0, immediately rejoining or a few hours.
