Have you tried clearing your cache? If not, check How to clear my Flash Player cache? and How to clear your browser's cache? Are you using client?

There are many reasons this could happen; 1. It's not insulting as you may have thought. 2. Old screenshot - they will accept if it's less than a month ago. 3. It's not your screenshot. 4. Picture doesn't show your nickname. And so on. If you're not happy with their decision, then you should contact a chat administator via PM.

Not sure about the 'Adobe Air' part, but if you are receiving a message in Russian after clicking on the client it could be due to your internet connection. So restart your router and let us know if it worked.
