Np Yes that is correct x^2 the first derivative would be 2x. Second derivative would be 2. Third derivative would be zero Wait till u learn integration XD But sometimes the question might say: "prove that cosec / sec = tan" Then u just do the working out to prove it Basically u probably need to remember these two: 1) sin x / cos x = tan x 2) cos x / sin x = cot x There are more intense one but thats only if u go and do harder math levels. These are called trig function as tan, sec and cot, cosec. But u really just need the trig function as sin and cos (which are the ones u been asked).

On the formula sheet, yup Just the basics only. Honestly half of the formula sheet is useless for me. Coz, its much better to remember it. But its handy sometimes. Glad they hand it out during exams :ph34r:
