That would be a very good idea when in a team battle such as Capture the flag. Imagine that the player on your team just took the flag and he is using a weak tank such as wasp and he will die within one shot from rail. You have a Double Armour and you can drop it for him and he would get it and eventually capture the flag. I can only see this working if only the people of the person team who dropped it can get the drug. Ex. Like if your are on red team and another player on blue drops a drug. you can not get it but only people on his team can. Another idea would be to show the wait time for the pickup to drop.
