Hi spacecolt....... I am well aware of this problem & I have reported it & reported it & reported it......... IT IS NOT JUST A LAG PROBLEM, OTHERS ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS...... AS WELL AS OTHER PROBLEMS........Bet you will notice other problems tooooooooo! Read my posts titled "DEFRAUDED BY Tankionline?" posted from Jan 30 2014 read the responses too.

Hi MisterGeneral & thanks for your reply, concern & trying to help..... I have done everything you have requested over the past two days & still have the problem at times ( course I tried to figure out how to run Tanki as a separate application, but this way above my intelligence level!).... I have also realized YES, at times I do have lag, but I am & have been aware of lag, this only seems to be a problem when I am on a server that is very full to capacity.... like I said in my posts, I just refresh or get out & go back to that battle or go to another one. However, the problems I have been experiencing are NOT due to lag, I DON"T believe........ they are a real Tankionline gliche, either on purpose gliche or something that has reared it's ugly head.... Others have responded to me & others have wrote of similar problems they are having lately, SO I KNOW IT"S NOT JUST ME....... Lhamster, a forum moderator person wrote to me & says Tanki is aware of the problem & working on it. Soooooooooo, I am waiting to see if this occurs! I am just NOT going to spend much more money on the game now....... I have spent over $1500.00 since September 2013 building my tanks & garage, only to have Tanki change the parameters....... & now, since yesterday, Tanki has changed almost all the maps that I play most & I think, right now, I don't like the changes....... I am just waiting patiently, impatiently waiting, to see what happens!!!!

To hisham2013.... .Thanks for your response hisham2013..... I have done all the cache cleaning and other cleanings & checked by PC etc and have tried different browsers and even deleted my browser & reinstalled it...... all to no avail... Has someone from Tankionline told you they are aware of a problem? No one from Tanki has EVEN responded officially in anything more than a form response letter telling me to do what you told me to do....... all to no avail!?????

OK "DUDES".......... YES I know how & HAVE cleared my cache and I am STILL having the problem... I have now NOTICED others that have had the saw problem as me, dropping the flag for no reason, & I am sure, I now KNOW, this is happening to others......... I have NOW had other people respond to me that they too have noticed the same problem or similar problems! OK Tankionline...................... ADMIT you have some serious technical problems, work to fix them, OR YES YOU ARE DEFRAUDING TANKI PLAYERS!

Reply to MisterGeneral........ Ok, I am old & NOT tech savy, but I will attempt to answer your reply. I don't know about lag.... I have been playing since September 2013 and have changed NOTHING in my PC. I have added nor removed any programs and everything I have is still the same as when I first started as far I I am aware. This problem has just revealed itself in the last 2-3 weeks and progresively has gotten worse. I noticed when I would get a flag & be going to capture it, at times with no one around, nor any shots to me, my tank just drops, releases, the flag & I can/could NOT regain it. I then started trying this regularly and it would periodically do it..... then I realized I was having trouble killing much smaller tanks with less experience & no power-ups & when I tested to see if I could get a flag when this occured I could not. I also then realized i could NOT get any dropped items either when this is occuring! It does it innermitantly also, but it is worse at some times rather than at others. I contacted help/support & they said for me to clear flash player and so forth, well this took me some time to learn how to do, but I learned to clear my cache etc...., I unin-stalled my flash player & shokwave player and it did NOT fix it. I uninstalled Mozilla Firefox & re-installed it..... this did NOT fix it...... Now, understand that many replies from help/support have been NOTHING but standard, NON-helpful, NON-related responses to my problems thereby making me feel I am and have been defrauded. Now, as far as my operating system, again you must understand I am NOT tech savy, but I printed off my PC's numbers, etc.... I have an HP Compaq dc5800, Microsoft Windows XP Pro version 5.1.2600 with a 3.0 Service pack, Intel Pentium III Xeon processor Current speed is 2990 MHz, Cache size 6144 KB, Memory 4 GB Hard drive 149.03 GB....... I use ATT U Verse highspeed broadband....... Again, I have played since September 2013 and have only noticed this problem since the last 2-3 weeks....... i don't know about lag, but YES i have at times since I began playing had trouble from freezing and having to get out of a battle & get back in, but I have just dealt with it....... this problem is worse because it happens without me realizing it until I can't kill a little peon opponet, capture or retain a flag, or get dropped items..... I did check the forum, I contacted help/support, I did everything everyone has reccomended, including the no help info I found from the forum, & the no help people from Tankionline help/support and I am still having the problem.... Finally, You speak of lags..... what is this and what can I do to correct it, if possible. Or, is there any way for me to know if this is the problem?

This is happening to me toooooooooo! This recently became very apprent to me in my game play since I noticed the flag drop after I have taken it.... I have been payin more attention to game play since they changed the parameters recently by changing the tanks and by implementing these micro-upgrades thereby negating all the buildups of my hulls and guns in my garage that i had spent much money on creating over many months..... I have also noticed that it goes further, when this is occuring, randomly and periodically but extensively, I can NOT kill other tanks, get a flag or dropped items! I am of the opinion after trying to get help from help/support, which I did everything they said to my PC, that we are being DEFRAUDED! If we are NOT being defrauded, then they need to accept the fact they have some technical issues to get repaired & air that to everyone & egt them fixed. Also, they need to reimburse me and others some, MANY, crystals for the loses I/we are incurring due to this Tanki problem! By the way, I have very high speed internet connection, broadband, & this has only become apparent over the last month & I have played since Sept 2013.... no changes have been done or programs added or removed from my PC since then either... 7 I have done all the cleani-ng, clearing and trouble-shooting tankionline has said to do, to NO avail!

Tanki is NOT working properly & the help/support is NOT helping........ I am unable to kill other tanks, get flags, retain flags, get dropped items.... this is almost every other time after I have been killed.... I use power-ups every time so I am wasting much money and I have been DEFRAUDED by Tankionline apparently cause they seem to not care cause I have gotten not one response that is along the lines of helping me! I have spent over $1000.00 american dollars to build my grage & purchase power-ups over a few months, I am now at the rank of "GENERALISSIMO", however, I can NOT even play the game as prmoted or promised by Tankionline. I have spent many, many, months building my garage and tanks & I have spent much money on Crystals to do so, I have also spent very much money on crystals to purchase power-ups since I use them every time I play. I have made it to the rank of "Generalissimo" and I have every tank hull & gun there is as well as many paints! The problem is I spent mnost of my money building my garage only to have Tanki change the parameters of the tanks & games and introduce micro-upgrades, I feel defrauded right here, HOWEVER, there is no doubt I am experiencing and noticing a much more, DARKER CHEAT FRAUD, worse problem, I CAN NOT KILL OTHRE TANKS, GET FLAGS, CRYSTALS or anything dropped mopstly every other time attempt! That means I am spenind, wasting, power-ups(money), but it also means I can NOT help my team nor can I play on an even playing, fighting, fighting field as others. I have been in contact with help/support for three days now, i am getting almost no help or support at all. I FEEL I HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED AND IT IS CONTINUING!!!!! my nickname is "ioiiioi" if anyone is noticing or having similar issues, please contact me! SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!
