I was in the Russian forum and found that they are aloud to have "clubs" and the whole time I have been playing Tanki (one year) all I wanted was to lead a group of other tankers (club). So I speak for those who are not high enough rank to make a team that really want to and wish they could. I hope this topic can help open up a club section for all the ranks to participate.
