    @MurderHornet

    Fixed.

I've already notified the person responsible for issuing eSports Livestreams' promo codes, and they'll soon be contacting you via Forum PM with your won promo code.

  3. Toby's post in So I'm getting a threat from an ex player was marked as the answer
Unfortunately, it seems like you're being extorted with payment reversal (which would get the account automatically blocked for payment fraud, as per the EULA). That would only be possible if a payment for real money had actually occurred on the account from their side, but it may not be actually true and they are only making fabricated threats to attempt to subdue you (which I suspect is most likely the case).

Please report the incident to the Tech Support, via this form (explaining everything in detail and providing all the relevant information). They'll be glad to assist you and resolve the matter.

    All the best.

    1) Shortly put - everything.
    2) No. They are the game's employees (technical support specialists).
    3) Such requests are not possible, and will not be considered.
  6. Toby's post in When I Logged In ... was marked as the answer
    Hi.

Please contact the Tech Support via this form, and specify the missing items (which ones and approximately how much; as you've already posted above). They will check the logs, and if a loss of items has in fact occurred, they will be retrieved back to your account accordingly.
  7. Toby's post in name was marked as the answer
As since the Patch Update #594, Chat Helpers' nicknames are highlighted in light red (together with their respective helper status prefixes in front of their usernames) in the lobby chats of the HTML5 version of the game.
  8. Toby's post in hacked acc was marked as the answer
    Hi.

To retrieve your stolen account, you will need to contact the Tech Support via this form.
  9. Toby's post in Disable Invite was marked as the answer
Disabling battle / group invites is done in the game's main Settings by unchecking the 'Show notifications' option (available in both the Flash and HTML5 version of the game).
  10. Toby's post in How To Access The Leaderboard? was marked as the answer
You can go to any member's profile that has 'won a day' at least once (i.e. received the most reputation points on a specific day) and click on the hyperlink on the golden panel (above the green reputation one) that will lead you to the Leaderboard page.

Since you yourself have already 'won a day', you can visit your Forum profile each time and proceed from there (or just simply add the leaderboard page to your browser bookmarks, which would be the most reasonable thing to do). Another simple option is to manually type in the '/leaderboard' extension to the Forum's standard link in the browser's link bar when viewing the Forum's community index, so that it becomes https://en.tankiforum.com/leaderboard - super easy to remember.
  11. Toby's post in Lost crystals was marked as the answer
Don't worry — everything is logged for the Tech Support to see. Your only required input is to notify them of being hacked and losing your items (and which ones) / crystals / tankoins, and they'll take care of the rest.

Have you already made sure to change your account's password?
  12. Toby's post in Kits Refund was marked as the answer
The price stays the same, regardless of already owning any items that the kit may include.
  13. Toby's post in PLEASE HELP! I noticed a BIG BLUNDER in the Damage stats of my VULCAN in my garage. was marked as the answer
As per the latest patch update #608, all Vulcan modifications received a 12% decrease in damage per bullet dealt. The Vulcan's Wiki stats have not yet been updated to make them conform to the recent change, but you can expect them to be quite soon (you can notify the Wiki team here, just in case).

  14. Toby's post in How to change clan name and tag was marked as the answer
Hi. To change your clan's name or its tag, you will need to contact the Tech Support via this form. Changing any both of the two (either the name or the tag) costs 50,000 crystals, combining to a total cost of 100,000 crystals for changing both simultaneously.
  15. Toby's post in How to leave a group? was marked as the answer
    Hey!
To leave a battle group in the HTML5 version of the game, simply left-click on your nickname at the very top-left side of the game's interface (above your experience bar) and select the 'Leave group' option from the drop-down menu that appears:

  16. Toby's post in How do I change my display name? was marked as the answer
    Hi.

That option is only available to certain administrators - players do not have it.
  17. Toby's post in Does the bomb still go off? was marked as the answer
Just tested this scenario in a battle. So, here's what'll happen.
After dropping off the Wasp's bomb and leaving the battle before it manages to detonate, the bomb will in fact still explode and deal damage to the enemy or destroy them, and if it manages to destroy them, it'll show as if they've self-destructed, rather than crediting the kill(s) to the player who activated the bomb and prematurely left the battle.
  18. Toby's post in Hull Augments for Challenge was marked as the answer
Hey. The Cold Immunity augment (45th gold tier) for the current challenge is for Wasp. You can always look up such detailed information on the Challenges Wiki page, under the 'Tier Rewards' section of the page.
  19. Toby's post in Is there any way I can download flash version of Tanki again was marked as the answer
Thread moved from the Game Discussion section.

The TO Flash client can still be downloaded from here (or here, in case you're a Mac user).
  20. Toby's post in Are upgrades cheaper than buying was marked as the answer
Gradually MUing an item without speeding up anything will end up costing you the same as just straight-purchasing the next modification (that is, excluding all speed up costs and any sort of discounts).

Please contact the Tech Support via this form, and they'll look into it.
  23. Toby's post in Forum rank/status was marked as the answer
In the old Forum, player Forum groups (Beginner (no longer existent), General and Advanced) were based on the player's in-game rank, correct. Now, in the new Forum, newly-registered Forum accounts are automatically given the General group (regardless of the player's rank), and are only upgraded to the Advanced group once they reach at least 100 total posts (meaning that you're 23 posts away from fulfilling that criteria of receiving the Advanced group) and are at least 30 days old following the date of registration on the site. For differences between the two groups and more information regarding the Forum in general, please see here.
  24. Toby's post in Reporting Exploiters was marked as the answer
    Hi.

There already is an in-battle command for reporting violators (either by left-clicking on their nickname and selecting the 'Vote' option from the context menu, or by manually using the /vote Nickname chat command). If at least 15% of the total battle participants vote a player, the battle will become highlighted for the moderators, after which they'll anonymously join the battle and investigate the report, and - after complete reviewal - take the necessary action. For more information and other available ways of reporting game violators, please see here.
  25. Toby's post in Hulls turning problem was marked as the answer
Hi, that occurs due to so-called keyboard ghosting (shortly put, the inability to effectively press multiple keys at the same time resulting in a desirable output), due to your keyboard not being able to register all of the multiple pressed keys at the same time. If you've got a PC, the only real solution to this problem woud be to purchase a quality anti-ghosting keyboard if it annoys you that much, and hinders the quality of your playing experience.
You can learn more about keyboard ghosting and how to properly resolve it here.
