  3. Toby's post in TESTOK8 was marked as the answer
    Hi.
If you do not receive a PM from the respective administrator of the helper position you applied for within 2 months of submitting your application, you can consider it to be unsuccessful. If you've only submitted your application recently, I would urge you to be patient, as any such unnecessary inquiries on the status of your application can leave a negative remark on it and your image in general for any future references.

    All the best.
  4. Toby's post in Font Style. was marked as the answer
There's no such setting. Preferred font changing can only be done manually from the Forum's post editor.
  5. Toby's post in If you have every single skin in the game, what do you get from skin containers? was marked as the answer
If a player has obtained every single special skin in the game, they would receive 20 000 crystals from a Skin Container as a compensation.
  6. Toby's post in downloading the game was marked as the answer
Hey, you can check them out on this Wiki page, under the 'Entering via the official Game Client' spoiler.
  7. Toby's post in Flash was marked as the answer
You need to understand that Flash is dying out fast, and will no longer be supported worldwide and completely discountinued by Adobe by the end of 2020. The Developers are fully working on developing and polishing out the HTML5 version of the game, and as there's no reason to continue working on the long-outdated Flash technology anymore, it became obsolete.

In the meanwhile you can refer to the following relevant Help Site articles and the Help Site in general, to find the solution to your problem:
How do I raise my FPS? How to prevent a battle error? How to clear your browser’s cache? How to clean Tanki Online clients cache?
  8. Toby's post in Why don't all maps in MM have nuclear energy box drops? was marked as the answer
Hm. Regarding this, this is all the official release announcement for the Nuclear Energy supply stated:
"New supply box will drop not in every mode: for example, you will not find the new supply in Juggernaut mode. If there is no special orange dropzone on the map, it means that the new “Nuclear Energy” supply will not drop in that mode."

It'd be safe to assume it just has to do with battle balance and nothing else.
  9. Toby's post in Tanki Online Chat Moderator was marked as the answer
To apply for a Chat Moderator, please check out the Chat moderators Forum section. Do note that the applications are currently closed, so keep an eye out and follow their section to be notified on when they're open again.

Additionally, I would suggest you to check out the following Wiki pages, to learn more about the job of a Chat Moderator:

  10. Toby's post in Creating a Clan was marked as the answer
To create an in-game clan, you need to purchase the Clan License [3 000 ] from the game's Shop, and the minimum required rank for its availability isWarrant Officer 1 (2 ranks above your current one). You can learn more about in-game clans on their Wiki page here.
  11. Toby's post in Forum Replies was marked as the answer
That's because you either closed the Forum tab or left the thread with the post editor still containing unposted content, and the Forum conveniently restores it which is super great, actually. If you're met with any restored unposted content from the past that you no longer want to post, simply click on the 'Clear editor' option on the bottom panel of the post editor and voila - as simple as that.
  12. Toby's post in Why? Just why was marked as the answer
Please continue the discussion in the official announcement thread.
  13. Toby's post in What time Gold Drops ? was marked as the answer
Thread moved from the Off-Topic Discussion section.

Gold box starts dropping 10 seconds after its notification appears. Please refer to the Gold Box Wiki page for all of the information regarding gold boxes.
  14. Toby's post in Why no gold box admin? was marked as the answer
In Matchmaking battles, gold boxes drop randomly (being a 1/3 chance (33.33%) for them to drop, or 1/1260 per second) and are tied to the battle timer, meaning that they can drop at any time, independent of the proceeding of the battle fund (/ the players' battle activity).
In PRO (player-created) battles, gold boxes drop randomly depending on the battle fund, where with each increase of the battle fund there is a small chance for the gold box to drop. With that being said, I'd also like to remind you that battles between the same user - when intended as power-leveling - are strictly prohibited as per the game rules and are punishable with account blocks, so kindly avoid doing that. Battle Moderators are notified of any battles (be it private or public) with multiple accounts of the same IP address anyway, and will investigate them and take the necessary action as such.

Additionally, gold boxes can also be player-dropped as a supply in both Matchmaking and PRO (when enabled in the battle creation settings) battles.
Furthermore, you can learn more about gold boxes on their dedicated Wiki page.

  15. Toby's post in Group was marked as the answer
    Hey!
To leave a battle group in the HTML5 version of the game, simply left-click on your nickname at the very top-left side of the game's interface and select the 'Leave group' option from the drop-down menu that appears:

  16. Toby's post in Changing Email/Password in HTML5 was marked as the answer
It should be linked to an e-mail address, considering you've got the 'Change' option available. Since you do not remember which e-mail you've linked your account to, you won't be able to change your account's password in the first place, which requires access to your respective linked e-mail.
You will need to contact the Tech Support via the Application for account return form, in order to retrieve or change the e-mail address linked to your account (from where on you will afterwards be able to normally change your password), or request for an immediate password change in case your account is being unlawfully accessed by someone else.
Once you sort everything out and possibly get a confirmation (explaining your problem in detail prior) that someone else has spent crystals on your account, you may be required to fill out the Application for return of lost crystals respectfully.
  17. Toby's post in Help plz was marked as the answer
    Hi.
You should receive your promo code within 48 hours of winning it via Forum PM. In case you do not receive a PM from the eSports team within the specified time frame, kindly contact either @SuperNick95 or @The.L-E-G-E-N-D via Forum PM and they'll sort it out.
  18. Toby's post in Hacker was marked as the answer
If you believe you came across a cheater, you can record a video of them, upload it to YouTube, and submit in the Game Violation Reports section of the RU Forum (though make sure to fully read the GVR section rules first). See here for more info.
Additionally, you can also report a player mid-battle by either left-clicking on their username and selecting the 'Vote' option, or by using the /vote Nickname chat command (see here), or either by complaining in the 'Game Reports' lobby chat channel. If when voting a player in the battle enough reports are submitted by the players (at least 15% of the total battle participants for the battle to become highlighted for the moderators) and a Battle Moderator is free and available to investigate, they will anonymously join the battle and - after complete reviewal - take the necessary action.
  19. Toby's post in How do you search a player by country? was marked as the answer
Thread moved from the Game Discussion section.

There's no such feature (at least as of currently). We've got a Country Clubs section on the Forum, however, which you can check out. ?
  20. Toby's post in How do I add a snip to a Forum? was marked as the answer
You can take a screenshot with the Windows' Snipping Tool and save the image to your PC, and upload it to an image hosting site (I would strongly recommend using postimages.org). As for posting an image on the Forum (once you upload it to an image hosting site), please see the instructions here.

  22. Toby's post in Twins Self Damage was marked as the answer
As already pointed out by miguel, you need to have the 'Stable plasma' alteration for Twins purchased in order to completely avoid any self-damage inflicted when shooting at immediate proximities.
  23. Toby's post in There is a green line in between two posts. Why? was marked as the answer
It's only visible to yourself, depending on when you last opened the thread. The green horizontal rule (line) in between the posts separates the old posts which you have already viewed, and the new posts which you have not yet viewed and have been made after you last viewed the thread.
  24. Toby's post in WO1 ??? was marked as the answer
The Forum's minimum login rank has been decreased to that of Master Corporal [], although the notification if a player now attempts logging into the Forum with a rank lower than that has not yet been updated, and thus displays the old minimum WO1 login rank. I'll forward it for it to be updated, to avoid any such future misconfusions.

You have the attachment option available (see here). We can already upload our images to a whole different ton of image hosting sites for free (or just by copy-pasting an existing image's link, amongst other available ways already mentioned in the previously-hyperlinked Help Site article), and the latter image-posting process is even way faster (especially now that the image links are auto-embedded by the Forum) and far more convenient (e.g. with direct screenshot uploads to the preferred image hosting site, which are the most common) that the one you're suggesting.
