Hey.
Kindly put those players who bother you on your ignore list (either by left-clicking on their nickname and selecting the 'Ignore' option, or by using the /block Nickname chat command) and you won't see their messages ever again. If a moderator happens to be present in the chat / battle at the time, they will deal with the violator accordingly.
Additionally, if you'd ever like to raise your concerns regarding a certain player's behavior, you can always contact a Chat Administrator (@Hate [PM] or @Defender [PM]) via Forum PM.

The Tech Support has their own valid reasons. The most you can do is attempt re-filling in the form, only this time providing better and more detailed information. In the future I would strongly advise you against the use of VPNs, due to such delicate and legitimate issues that may consequently arise due to their very nature, or at least to properly consult with the Tech Support beforehand (especially considering you've mentioned that you've already had the exact same issue in the past) to discuss the available options and thus avoid any possible future inconveniences. It's important to know that it's really not the game at fault here.

The self-destruction key can in fact be changed to a custom one, though only in the Control Settings of the HTML5 version of the game (either on the browser or the official HTML5 client [download link for Mac users]).

Depending on whether your account has either been completely blocked (meaning that you're not allowed to log into it) or banned from the game's chat (meaning that you're not allowed to use the game's chat), there are two different procedures for both of the cases:
If you believe that your account has been mistakingly or unreasonably blocked, you will need to contact the Tech Support via this form. [More info] If you believe that you have been banned from the game's chat mistakingly or unreasonably, you will need to contact one of our English Chat Administrators (@Hate [PM] or @Defender [PM]) via Forum PM. -

It may have happened that you actually caught a Black Box (which doesn't contain the regular 1000 crystals of a normal gold box but a container), which is very similar (and on a quick glance almost quite the same) to that of the current Cosmonautics Day holiday gold box (plus it's very hard to see exactly which of the two you may be catching due to the rocket explosions at the golds' drop zones). Please check if you've got a new container sitting in the Containers section of the game — that'd be a good way to start off.
As for the missions' progress, you're required to visit the 'Special' tab of the Missions section of the game (only available in the HTML5 version) prior to starting completing a special mission (such as the current holiday Madness gold box one), otherwise any of your progress toward it won't begin to count until you do that. Have you checked the Special missions' tab prior to catching that box?

They've had the exclusive 'Electromagnetic Salvo' alteration for Gauss equipped, which could be purchased from the game's Shop for a limited amount of time (during the 20th and the 30th of March) as a special bundle offer.

Hi!
Daily Premium rewards are no longer being claimed automatically, and have been moved exclusively to the HTML5 version of the game (to the 'Special' tab of the Missions section of the game (only available in the HTML5 version)), from where they need to be claimed manually each day of an active Premium Account.
Additionally, do note that apart from the daily Premium bonuses, the rank up crystal rewards have also been moved to the Special missions' tab of the game, and now became a permanent special 'Rank Up' in-game mission, from where they will also need to be claimed manually each time as you rank up, as they're too no longer being claimed automatically upon ranking up.

This question has already been asked many times. You'll just have to be patient and keep checking the game every day to see when your preferred crystal kit will show up, or simply buy the desired items separately at a garage discount (which are pretty common).

Such an offense is prohibited as per the point 2.1.3. of the Game Rules (Exploitation of software bugs in the Game, and transferring information about them to third persons, except for the Administration), and is punishable with an account block.

Until the game completely migrates to the new HTML5 version in its entirety once and for all by the end of 2020 when Flash technology will be completely gone, the (old) Flash version of the game can still be accessed via this link.

Server restart at 02:00 UTC+0 or 03:00 UTC+0 (depending on daylight savings time) = new [TO] day.
One daily Premium reward per each server restart (regardless of the 24 hour time frame within it).

It has been changed due to an updated Forum engine. Whether the ranks' displayment feature will ever be reimplemented into the Forum again is unknown.
