I have successful taken all of the pictures but I am wondering if I am allowed to tweet them or tweet them to a certain person? I just logged in, and tweeted all that is necessary, is that how i do it?

Okay, so i have played tankionline for about two weeks now and I need help raising my FPS, most of the time the FPS is 4-10, why? I wanted to try the performance thing but they changed the settings so now you can't change it, oh yeah also I cleared my WHOLE Google Chrome cache/history and I cleared all of the cache for Adobe Flash player. Please help!!!!! Btw my neighbor's computer works fine and my cousin's does too. Only this laptop seems dumb?
