So there are different choices for different needs.Fully MU a M2 like Hunter,you can use it from WO5(Hull Kit) till brigadier or higher rank,that means in several months your have(others do not) the best hull and play more fun

But if u full Mud protection&speed both Viking M2 and Hunter M2,you will find hunter better now(Not to mention Hunter will significant increase in aromor in new rebalance). with full Mud stats: Viking M2: 237.2hp 7.61m/sec Hunter M2: 205hp 9.2m/sec I think 32.2hp doesnt worth 1.59m/sec,1.59m/sec=38-48hp

The new rebalance coming soon.How to choose a new optimal hull mainly depends on the balance between speed and protection,then how do you think the equivalence relations between them（For example:1MPS=30HP）？

In high rank drug wars(from marshal to generalissimo),with full Mud, the most usefull paints:Rock,Picasso,Zeus,Emerald——because turret Freeze,Twins,lsida or Railgun for tanks without corresponding protection is the most threatening.

I have both of them with full MUd and uesed them hundreds times,I can tell you Viking M3 definitly much better than Dictator M3. The best choice of hulls:light-Hornet,medium-Viking,heavy-Titan

Why removed HEAVY KIT M3?It was the best,but I cant buy it now
