Well... your're a lower rank than that person and 2 higher ranked players enjoyed this article. Also, they may have been in the game for a long time and have experience and spent more time for being a reporter than playing. I started playing this game over 1 year ago and spent lots of times reading guides,and was playing when things were different.. RANK DOESN"T DETERMINE KNOWLEDGE!. ALso, in my opinion this actually helps for other players, But, I agree that hog's articles are excellent
