Oh if only it was that easy. It would be great if I could tell my computer to play any game in any settings I want and for it to obey, sadly, that's not how it works. It just means your computer, with it's current hardware, isn't capable of delivering such frame rates with such settings. Sorry. Although, you can try turning off background programs you don't need. If you have a lot of programs running it could negatively affect performance.

Try doing this. On your desktop, right click and choose "NVidia Control Panel". Go to "Manage 3D settings". Scroll down the list and find "Vertical Sync". Set it to "off". See if that works.

Just a minor fix. We do not ban/warn for things we feel should be banned/warned for. There are rules and guidelines we follow. The rules here clearly state that font sizes larger than 24 are not allowed, and as such, a warning was issued.
