yes you get crystals and supplies. the amount of crystals and supplies you get depends on your rank. lower the rank the less crystals and supplies you'll get. and higher the rank the better the reward.

This sucks. there has to be a better way of changing your equipment. I guess tanki developers are low on creativity.
