Yea mate's its obvious every time there is a balance one weapon gets rearry strong, none the less that weapon be RICO! this time round. Just quit this darn rebalancing out would ya! and make some new Turrets and a couple of different version of Hornet! Am I right or am I wrong???

Hello, so every time I try to use Microsoft Expressions Encoder 4 screen capture my FPS drops from 17-19 all the way down to 7-9. I don't have to tell anybody that an fps of 7-9 is really bad. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep my fps from dropping? while i try to take some sweet video shots?
