Not every 1 can become tester. Only those with professional experience of beta-testing and those who know Russian language can become a tester. Still u can fill up the form if u want to be a tester and try your luck.

It can also be due to poor pc or notepad. If so pls buy a new pc or notepad or upgrade ur old one.
