Ok lol, look at the crystal packages in the shop. Look at the one that costs 19.99. I got a double crystal card like this one in the screenshot. Now, you should be able to see this, it says "free" 30000 crystals. Do I get this or is this based off buying more and me getting "free" versus buying less crystals. Just is the 30000 supposed to come extra from 60000, or is the 30000 already included in the 60000? It is confusing... Am I supposed to get 60k for 90k? That's all I wanted to know. If I was supposed to receive 90k, I was ripped off cause I only got 60k. What's up with the "free" 15k in the pack of crystals for 19.99 then? I got the extra 30k from the double crystal card.

​I bought a pack of crystals with my shopko gift card. I had a double crystal card. I bought the 19.99 pack of crystals. In the description of it, it said 60000 crystals and to the right it says "30000 crystals free!" My question is why wasn't the extra 30K included in my purchase? I only received 60K. If you are not going to give me the extra "free" 30K, why include it in the description? Please don't scam me out of my money. I sent you guys a complaint and the response was "When you make a payment using a gift card, you get that sum of crystals that is shown at the final stage of the payment process. Unfortunately, you can not get any other crystals or presents." But it showed the dang "free" 30K but I did not get it. Anyways, all I am asking is if you guys don't give the "free" crystals don't have them in the description.
