Well, my rank was insufficient, considering the lowest rank I'd have to be is Sergeant-major to unlock Noise, and win the crystals. I truly hope the next contest will be more rank friendly.

Oh... but Noise is min rank Sergeant-major while he's First Sergeant And I can't do Noise, I'm only Master Sergeant :(

Yeah man :/ I can't get the third rusty tank either, due to having a low rank. To get the third tank, we have to be at least Sergeant-major. I find this very peculiar and pathetic.
