well you mustve done it wrong as others noted...if they receive an email they send an email back,confirming the complaint was received and your no.(kinda how many people are before you) immediately.:) if you didn't receive that email,u probably did it wrong

I have been having this problem for a long time..the thing is,that sometimes,i have to refresh during a battle.Occasionally,"you.need flash player version XXX or higher to play" page comes,although I had been playing using the same player before refreshing. I use chrome,which has an in-built flash player.I regularly update chrome,so the flash player is automatically updated.This bug is automatically fixed when I refresh the page(taking more than one refreshes in most cases). This is quite bothersome sometimes because this problem may sometimes take 2 or more min.s and I am ejected from the battle completely as a result.Please tell me a solution to this persisting problem

a problem that I have been encountering a lot lately is invible tanks..actually its as though the game doesn't read them..when they take the flag the flag just disappears and when they lose it and the flag is returned,the notification simply reads "our flag is returned"..The damage done by them is normal,and all effects are as they should be,such as the heating up by firebird and the freeze effect.The players whose tanks are not visible have their name in the scoreboard in somewhat grey colour(the same as one when the players are loading).The problem is fixed once the page is refreshed,but most often my computer takes a minute to restart the page and the resulting time loss brings me down on the scoreboard.The problem doesn't effect the others in the battle as they are able to normally target the tanks invisible to me.
