Blacknight i have had this also...my internet speed is nearly 40mb and was live at the time. I believe this is also a glitch. It is frustrating when you give 3 hrs for nothing. I hope it gets sorted.

There is a massive market in the UK for a game just like this. I have played games since the early days of Space Invaders etc. Games have now progressed to on line but our love of them does not change... You ( your company) should tap into the potential over here.

Interesting....i have replies from fellow players but still nothing from Tanki. I have e mailed their helpline direct asking the same question at the same time. Alas still no reply. Tanki, can you give me details to send on clips and shots.....direct to someone that can help, firstly to improve the situation. Secondly to reimburse the lost crystals and power ups?

HI...i have spent money recently to enjoy this game...not to have numerous Fatal error glitches...i have screen shots and video of three in the last few days. this has resulted in the loss of crystals and power ups i have used. I want to send them to a contact...please advise and give details. My aim is to help improve the game not to moan but it is hard to feel my money is spent for enjoyment when the software is not upto the job. Also there are many players using cheating software but to be able to report them is nigh on impossible. regards
