(This is Rem here - on an alt to test something) What if the placement of the turret doesn't suit the turrets he wants? Railgun, Firebird and Smoky all go better with Hunter than they do Viking. Rail is questionable with Dictator but the other two are BY far with Hunter. Dictator wouldn't be the "obvious" choice as it can easily get pushed out the way by other hulls. I know you say that due to this height but its lack of power makes this advantage redundant. Viking may have improved in speed since the old physics but it's still not fast compared to other hulls - you're over-exaggerating its speed. Unless you're using Rail, I don't find Dictator good at all - I'm one of the people who think Viking is better than Hunter but not by a mile - Hunter is definitely a great hull. Only reason why I didn't get it M2 is due to the fact I was ranking too quickly and so there wasn't enough time to get it. And you don't seem to have understood what I said - either that or you ignored it. 138 and 174 is a big difference and it makes the difference between surviving extra shots from Smoky and Thunder; you can go for much longer with the close range turrets and the longer range turrets - not much of a difference there. Hunter's a great drugger - it turns into a motor-car on Nitro and the Double Armor makes it so it can survive a lot. And don't get me started on versatility - one of the two hulls in my eyes can that work with any turret. It's the mix between Hornet and Viking and it's a perfect one. You're underrating it and that's due to lack of experience. I know Hunter's a great but underrated hull, the person in question, doughnut, knows it and many other people know it. Therefore, I'm not sure why I'm disputing it to someone ignorant to it. Just realising this, this discussion will not go on for any longer unless you send me a private message with a response to this. Nice. I will probably get it M2-M3 at some point as well. I M1'ed it but never took it any further.
