    Yes Phantom you are completly right, therefore I wrote this article and game should compensate for this. Althought I rather not call it a skill.

    Maybe, if battle is twisting towards one side too much there could be more supplys to loosing side and less for winning...

    I am missing team balace strategy in (by) the game. If player numbers blue vs. red are same, players tend to choose winning side to join the battle (in orther to win), which makes already winnig side reinforced and more powerfull and loosers are beaten even more. Than the loosers are playing outnumbered and waiting for someone brave (stupid) enough to join the battle hoping to make a change for a win, and if he comes, there is instantly someone to join winnig side and team balace is lost again. It is not fun to play in such a game and even winners may find that at the end there is no one to play with anymore... For shorter games automatic rebalance after a round could be nice or if player numbers are even the next one to join a battle shall boost up loosing side. PS: yes, the topic should be 'Team balance' but cannot be corrected.
