I prefer Viking. And it unlucks earlier so I'd get that :) On the face of it hunter is better at m3, but with micrpupgrades its very even.. When fully micrpupgraded, Viking has 10% more health and 10% less speed roughly. So I'd get Viking and MU it a bit, and forget about hunter

Depends on map, and of course what weapons there are :p inferno can be great, depending on the situation! Inferno wouldn't be ma first choice on a large map like serphrov, but on a smaller one like silence, island, it's a great paint.
