i have seen this and it has a lot of reasons behind it for one the Russian economics has gone down hill so the money to buy is not there for them and there are others who have left for a time being due to school and personal jobs.. now there is something really interesting and its where are the mod consultants well they have been changed to mods or other jobs in tanki ..this is why you now see mods on the servers more talking to players then off line and banning players..this is a good thing for players to see who are the real mods and get a one on one hand approach with players

well if you do see them all you can do is take a screen shot or a video of it and send to violators and then your garenteed to get them

the paints are out but who ever made them and the hammer should have done them at the same time to get them out ..we the players lost valauable kills due to the lack of protection that should have been given when it started . .and for the paint s thats a joke for my rank very little to no protection all together ..tanki we the players want to get in contact with tanki designs... for one you are not listening to the players and putting our thoughts or designs for helping you in motion..we feel you are walking over us just because you think we the players have no idea what we are talking about well surpprise we play more then you do and we see the impefections daily ..we need to make a site for us to be able to chat and see frist hand what you are up to and give input then and there not after when its too late to fix your mistakes

if i remmber last year it was in or around june or aug now there will be one for valentines day last year it was paints of love and twins then after feb 14 it should be every two weeks or month when sales happen again
