i know me too with DH.DH4 talking about DNDN4 below but the problem is my IP Changed before re-balance in 1 week so after re-balance i upgraded somethings ... then account stolen so they give me question IP changed X last hull + last weapon X --- ( because the IP Address ) the theft got the account for 1 year then i searched in my old messages i got the IP Address and send it to them everything was fine i answered everything correct they gave me 2 more questions and i answered correct but they said wrong information !!

yes IP Address is the INTERNET port . this means if you changed your INTERNET the IP Address changed = losing your account & if you moved to live in another place your INTERNET will change 100% then you will lose your account . why Allen14 blocked ??
