There is nothing you can do beside sit and be patient presently. You can always communicate with other players via the Forum and/or join the Official Discord server to pass the time. ?

The servers are down presently, yes. The problem has been reported. We will keep you all apprised when the servers return to their normal state.

Unfortunately nothing really can be done. If we have no evidence to prove that the player is using any form of third party software, then the player cannot be blocked. Evidence is always required in every instance. However, either way if you see something, record a video and report it anyways. Additionally, you can also toss their nickname in the Game Reports channel to be noted down. Eventually though... time will catch up with them. We will catch up with them and that is that.

If they keep refreshing purposefully for an extended period of time and their actions seem to be negatively effecting their team then, it could be considered Sabotage. However, it would also depend on the circumstances and what is going on in the battle.
