Hi All. got a problem still with crystals i bought last friday. I now have received an email asking for a screenshot of amount paid etc. not a clue how to do this and its becoming a bit tedious now. I'm i best just getting onto paypal to get my £32 returned?

whilst not to appear too much like a moaner, it doesn't look like i'm going to get my long awaited paid for crystals in time for the offer on freeze. Can i still qualify for it after the offer date has ended. I bought them last Friday so its nearly a week. ooops theres the moan.
