Shaft is OP, because there is many ways to shoot it, you can shoot it arcade or use the scope and with the scope you can change how much power you put into each shot. Thats why shaft is so good: its adaptable to any situation in any battle, its long, mid and close range. Its low damage, but fast rate of fire, but its also high damage, slow rate of fire. It just does whatever you want it to. Shaft FTW
