and i did a report about this but they didn't do anithing, they said that i have to solve it with my cell operator

this apears when i want to buy crystals, so i didn't do anything wrong

i have ordered crystals last week by sms at 1471 with the message TNK alecs_speedy, they took my money but send me a sms that says invalid command, now i dont have the crystals and my money gone....please, please someone do something about this
