Sorry i don't have screenshot moderator, or anything, all thing is fine, suddenly closed the server and said Connection closed by server I writed to help@tankionline.com But they refused to return my crystals I was about to get 4000 crystals and battle fund was above 22,000 crystals and two gold boxes dropped, so im very sad about this and still didn't get my crystals :(

No, i didn't lost the internet connection, THAT ONLY CAUSE 999 PING but i tried reloading the page and nothing happened, also i sent email to help@tankionline.com and they refused to send the crystals again :(

Hello ! , I have a little problem with the ping it went to 999 and suddenly it said Connection closed by server but i killed about 197 tanks and the battle was almost finish and i was about to get 4,000 crystals. can you give me crystals or just fix the ping problem please ?
