Hi thanks all for the suggestions.. Money was deducted already from my bank account.. My bank statement is also the same.. Bank also confirmed the same... Now the only option is paymentwall has to open its mouth.. Mo response from them yet.. Whether they r processing the amount or have refunded it no idea yet... Now I start to wonder whether paymentwall is a scam or something.. Can someone share their customer support contact number? I'm not seeing anything in their site

Hi, Yes, I have the transaction ID, I have shared the same with the help desk... This is what the reply is , Refund has been initiated not by us (most likely a bank). If money has been rolled back (we did not receive them), the crystals also can not be credited to your account. Most likely your money back into your bank account within a few business days. However, we strongly recommend you to contact with bank support for clarifications situation. I have made a complaint with my bank though. They are very sure that money has been already deducted.. They will be checking it again, if there is any refund initiated... The most embarassing part is paymentwall is dead silent. The page shows that the transanction is declined , and they are asking me proofs like passport... I have submitted them , with 3 replies... But, no reply on the crystals or the money refund.

Hi , Everyone i tried buying crystals 2 days back . But, crystals were not credited. I checked with the tanki support. They said that they didnt get the money from the payment vendor , so they cannot credit the crystals. Payment vendor is paymentwall. I have contacted them with the inquiry . Till now no response from the them. The worst part is my money is already deducted from my bank account. There is no refund or anything , nor any information about that too.. Tanki support is not ready to help as well, saying it is my problem with the payment vendor. What can i do now? 104$ gone.

Hi everyone, I am writing this query with great worry. I just bought crystals for $104. The bought crystals appeared in my account when i was in garage, thinking about what to buy. But suddenly, the crystals disappeared and i am seeing only the old available crystals. I didnt buy anything. I have proofs for my transaction. The money has been already deducted from my bank account. How to get the crystals? Can someone help me with this problem? How can i contact the administrator? I have already tried loging out and log in. But, its still the same..
